I finally called Real Madrid customer service (in England) and asked about my Benzema jersey and…I ended up getting a refund. Which isn’t all that bad I guess. At least I wasn’t completely screwed over.
I’ll just use that money to buy another jersey.
Also, I shouldn’t be excited this much about having spoken to an English person, but really, it blew my mind!
